Using human inner ear tissues we have investigated the transduction capabilities of a viral agent, which is an important step towards the development of future gene therapies. This research was largely performed by first author Edward, in collaboration with other OtoBiology Leiden team members as well as our collaborating partners from the Holt/Géléoc Lab.
