An advancement in regenerative medicine research has been achieved with the acceptance of a manuscript detailing the validation of a GMP-compliant human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) platform. The study establishes and validates an in-house protocol for the production of GMP-compliant hiPSC lines, overcoming existing limitations in clinical application. Notably, the platform demonstrates successful differentiation of hiPSC lines into various clinical products, including our own inner ear organoids, thus presenting new possibilities for therapeutic interventions.
